I would like to get balanced audio signal from
unbalanced and transmit it with UTP cable's
twisted pairs over 60-100 meters.
I can't get balun transformers here in the stores,
or if they have, it's in the price of gold...

I found these schematics with OpAmps, and would
like to know if they work? Will they work with
single supply OpAmps (LM358 for example)?

thanks in advance,
Zed

It should work.
I would use a simpler differential amp at the receiving end.
I would also use dual voltage power supply to simplify the design.

As I know LM358 is has internal biasing, will it need
more external parts?
Can you please show me the simplier design you
mentoined for the receiver?

thanks,
Zed

Thanks FoxyRick,

but i need to go cheap, because I have to put it
in 60 to 100 clients, and the opamp version seems
8 times cheaper according to the stores here
But the INA2137 seems to be a good solution for
the receiver side (there will be just 1 receiver).

any other ideas?

thanks in advance,
Zed

Hi,

SSM2142 driver from Analog Devices is a complete solution. Check also:
**broken link removed**.
