Assumptions was to get sound system with great natural dynamic. To reach that I made classical baffle boards that don’t infill on middle tones. In classic casing both BR and closed speaker works with some air capacity. This situations can limit the dynamic.
Why those speakers? This tonsil is old construction, but it plays in classic way. I mean that speaker has great effectively ( hard suspension, small xmax, large qts) I had listened that speaker in closed casing before, and must say that it has gread plastic and very natural fast transmission. New tonsil speakers can’t play that way. They are commercial, designed for wide spectrum of listeners. Primary speaker consist anti-dust cupola, that help to convert high tones but puts some extra weight. So I put phase corrector with right shape and dimensions. I got much better connective, with smooth middle tones.
For converting high tones responsible is Vifa AC25SG05-04. this model is used in Accoustic Energy Evo1 ( I consist that in Max version – after upgrades, new high tones speaker Vifa PL27, without branch, only with Mils resistor 6R 5W and SCR MKP 3,9uF condenser. ) characteristic for this speaker is great speed of converting and dynamic. Worst situation is with tone color, but you can’t get anything with that price.
