:?: What's the best software for board-level simulation?

My board is a mix-signal one including high-speed baseband digital signals, low frequency baseband analog signals, and even high frequency RF analog signals. And maybe a mobile phone's PCB is similiar to my board in some respects.

I want to simulation the EM performance of the board, such as intermodulation, crosstalk, spurias and the impact the high speed digital signal pose on RF module.

Thanks a lot to your reply!

I hope this is helpful
