hi all

i'm doing a project on region of interest detection.

i need to find the average contrast of the maxima and minima of the difference-of-gaussian image points (which are detected by comparing a pixel to its neighbouring 26 pixels) and the implementation has to be in matlab.

Can someone please help me with this? Thanks so much :)
