Dear people,
I am in desperate need of of BFR505T transistor. I looked into farnell and distrelec suppliers sites, unfotunately 505T series is not available.
Please guide me from which other suplier I can obtain this transistor with the same package (SOT416). Else is there any other transistor which replaces this (again with the same package, SOT416).
Please let me know, its is urgent.
