Hi all
I am new to this forum, infact I have more that 7 years in digital design , but I have less experience in analog design. so I expect help from you all.
I have a project is to design an automatic voltage regulator that can be used in generators, my problem is I dont know where to start, how to start, any please can guide me to the correct road and I will be thankful.

regards
nidal

u can use linear regulators( whic are readily avilable)
u can build linear regulators with pass transistors. and also smps...

hi,
u want to design AVR for generators.....

Basically AVR is used to maintain output of the generator stable when the output goes down the AVR increase the output which feeded to the generator (motor)
then the motor speed is increasing according to input
viseversa
