Does AutoCAD stand for AUTOmation Computer Aided Drafting? Pls advise. Thanks.
 

I think AUTO refer to company AUTODESK .....and CAD = Computer Aided Design, but some people use Computer Aided Drafting or Computer Aided Drawing or Computer Assisted Drafting. It diverges ... Send a e-mail to autodesk asking it ...
