I have 10KW input connection in my home .
However , with different tubelight ,motors ,fans ,and other appliances used at different times ,my powerfactor falls <0.7on different phases .
Kindly guide me how to improve detection and change to improve and balance my loads .

You don't need to provide power factor correction in a private home.

Regret your observation as I have been intimated by the elect. supply company with a visit by the AE of our area .

Hard to believe. Can other edaboard members from India or specially the Delhi area confirm this?

there is no system for power factor correction for homes
The utility authorities put 3 phase power factor correction capacitors on the HT 11KV lines at the street poles, the home owners have got nothing to do with this.
This AE may be hanky pankying for bribe, you should contact the executive engineer(XEN) of the nearest power supply office
EDIT:I am assuming that you have a non commercial 10KW load power supply connection

This seems the most likely guess to me according to the previous telling of friends from Delhi.
