Hello i using atmega32 for sampling the analog signals. with 16 Mhz crystal i think i will get 16mhz/128=125khz adc clock frequency
then what would be the maximum analog frequency i can sample with this circuit?

The Atmel ATmega series offers a maximum sample rate of 15kSPS at a resolution of 10 bits.

Reference: ATmega32(L) Datasheet, Section: Analog to Digital Converter, Page: 201

• 10-bit Resolution
• 0.5 LSB Integral Non-linearity
• ±2 LSB Absolute Accuracy
• 13 μs - 260 μs Conversion Time
Up to 15 kSPS at Maximum Resolution
• 8 Multiplexed Single Ended Input Channels
• 7 Differential Input Channels
• 2 Differential Input Channels with Optional Gain of 10x and 200x
• Optional Left adjustment for ADC Result Readout
• 0 - Vcc ADC Input Voltage Range
• Selectable 2.56V ADC Reference Voltage
• Free Running or Single Conversion Mode
• ADC Start Conversion by Auto Triggering on Interrupt Sources
• Interrupt on ADC Conversion Complete
• Sleep Mode Noise Canceler

Conversion Timing is discussed in the same datasheet on page 204.

i want to know what would be the max analog signal frequency i can apply at adc input practically for proper sampling..

nyquist says...

15KHz/2 = 7.5KHz

so your input signal better have all of it's frequency components below 7.5KHz if you want "good" sampled data.
