at91sam7 eagle

hi
does anyone have a pcb or schematic library for the atmel at91sam7s64. I tried in pcb123 but with no success. is there anyone who has created such a file then pls let me know the procedure to create a library. I am right now looking at pcb123 and eagle. library in any of them will be of real help.
