Signal Generator generates signal. Various kinds of Signal generators are present.

Can you re-clarify your question?
 

An asynchronous signal is a signal which goes between two clock domains, means a path from two flops directly or through combinational logic, or From input pad to the first flop or from a flop to the output pad.
