Astro problems when converting from Apollo

Hello,
Because I have the technology file and library file from Astro, but now Astro is not available, the equivalent tool is Astro. I am using a technology and library file from Apollo in Astro. After I create library, add library reference, export CELL from synthesis netlist, then I create floorplan, but when I run Auto Place in Astro, the Astro produced errors
ERROR: No TLU cap table exists in the library
ERROR: Can not load TLU capacitance tables
ERROR: fail to configure ek by DB settings
ATA: Fails to initialize EK
Fail to excute command
I only have technology file .tf and library references files.
Is the reason from using Apollo tech file which is incompatible in Astro ?
What should I do ? Pls help.

this post is on the wrong thread. should be posted in Digital design.

Anyway, the problem is that you dont have TLU+ files. You cannot perform any timing related execution unless you provide RC information.
