Assura gives DRC error even for a single device

Hi , I am manually trying to make layout but when I take PMOS or NMOS for layout from gpdk180nm and run Assura it will show DRC even if the only single device is present in the whole layout. I don't know why it is happening. If someone has idea please help. Thanks in advance

Yes , I tried when I click at right arrow to show the error in layout a rectangle(maked with white circle) is form. I have attached screenshot of it. And why even DRC error like nwell to oxide, poly to oxide etc even I take this PMOS for layout directly from gpdk180nm. And also in the command window "Failed to obtain license for "Assura_UI" is showing. If it is unable to obtain license for Assura then how is assura is running and showing errors?
