Assura Binding file missing

I've found out that I have no binding file in the Assura folder, while I can see the Compare, Extract, RSF and the switches files.
I'm having problems with LVS check (unbound devices error) and actually when I check the layout against the source it says that there are size mismatches (which is not true!!).
According to what I've read in other posts I think it might be useful to attach a binding file but I don't have it!! Is it possible to create/download it separately??
