Hi everyone,
I am trying designing an LNA using this FET component NE3210S01. However, this model is not available in my ADS library.
Could someone share it with me?

It's datasheet s-parameters and Noise Parameters are provided. That's enough for this transistor for Low Noise Amplifier application.
