no citi files

when I simulation in the end, then it can't create the dataset.why? I reinstall for two times.the result are the same. I post the final words ....

since no citi files could be read.

sample run well.I thought maybe the sysytem problem.my notebook use XP Perfasional sp2.then get wrong.and my pc use XP perfasional,then,nothing wrong. so,is that a problem with my system?....thanks
