ARM, cortex series debugger for keil

hello,

i'm working on ARM7,cortex-M3, cortex-M4 devices please recommend me keil debugger.

debug feature required :
1) single stepping execution
2) logic analyzer
3) execution time analysis , performance analysis

please suggest me suitable debugger model

There is a course in Edx. 'Embedded Systems-Shape the world'. It's on ARM cortex-m4.
