i am interfacing a eeprom with lpc2148.but i dont konw how to write the code for it.please help to me and please post me the code.

are you planning to have a serial eeprom???
it is easy and you will get more number of interfacing example too.

my suggetion is to use AT24C256 EEPROM, that can be interfaced using IIC protocol

need help in schematic?
then connect A0,A1,A2 to ground,SDA & SCL to respective pins of Processor and Vcc & GND
