ARES "failed to load layout"

Hi

I used Proteus ISIS Ver7.3 SP4 for creating my layout and then exported it to ARES.
In Ares I made the placement manually and when I try to make auto routing using the auto router I get a message indicating
failed to load layout

What's the reason for such problem?
and How I can over come it?
