area of secondary conductor when high current -Inverter Transformer

As I get the web search
The area of the primary or secondary Conductor measured as
= The current in the conductor / Current density of copper (ie,2.3)
if current is .23A
The area of the conductor = .23A/2.3A mm^-2 = 0.1mm^2 = selected wire is 27AWG
The my question is whenever the current is above 100 Ampere how to select the copper .?
because of for example Current = 100Amp
Area of conductor = 100/2.3 = 43.47mm^2 AWG 1 require it cannot wind what is option ?
 

Such high current which cannot use your 1 AWG solid wire because of skin effect needs Litz wire on its winding.
 

More information needed. What's the operation frequency?
 

Operation frequency is 50 Hertz
 

Copper skin depth at 50 Hz is 9 mm, there's no noticeable skin effect for a 40 mm² massive conductor.

Suggest to review the design of industrial transformers to learn about winding options. The simplest way for DIY is using multiple wires in parallel.
