Hello everyone,

I need to design a circuit which is capable of interfacing a 3.3v microcontroller pin to arbitrary voltage (defined by an external VCC). What I want is to convert 3.3v coming from the microcontroller to this VCC, and vice-versa if the pin has been configured as input.

Would the usual simple fet+2 resistors circuit hold up to this?
I need this to operate at up to 300khz. VCC can be anywhere between 3.3v and 12v.

Thanks
