Good Evening one and all,

I am using a APR9600 Voice Module to give a confirmation feedback of the device operated. The module is shown in the attached photo. In this we have 8 Message pins in those 8 message pins we have record messages such as level 4, level 3, level 2, level 1. My Project is "Voice Recognition Based Home Automation System". In this system i have to operate a bulb based on voice command by using PC. In the software program for each voice command i have assigned a variable. when a command is given then that particular variable will be transmitted from the PC to the ARM7 LPC2148 Microcontroller by using a zigbee module. when after the device operates then corresponding message recorded in the APR9600 voice module for that operation will be given as the confirmation feedback as the operation is done successfully.

Now my problem is when i am explaining the same to my Guide sir, he asking that how the module automatically recognizes to give that particular message as the feedback.

For this i have answered him as that in the libraries of the module we have made the necessary changes like that if the module receives a particular variable then the message in the pin will be given as output.

But he cannot understand and again asking for same. Is the operation of the APR9600 Voice Module is correct or wrong. Please anyone can help me in the explaining the operation of the APR9600 Voice Module.

Thanks in Advance.

The APR9600 Voice Module receives 2-8 analog voice messages, digitizes them for storage, and then can output a selected messages in analog form for listening.

Since the digital form of the input message is not available I also do not see how this circuit helps because there is no way to compare the stored message with a message stored in your library to branch to the desired command.

To do voice recognition you need to capture a digital version of the persons command to compare it with the library.
