how can i record the voice in laptop and send the recorded voice to apr9600?is there any method?

i had bought the tssp6p38 receiver,but the pins are kind of weird,there are 4 pins and it is very small and short,initially it is bend.https://www.vishay.com/docs/82475/tssp6p38.pdf
is anyone used this before?how can i connect it to the pcb?

for this kind of receiver,do i need any amplifiers and filters?
for TSAL6200,do i need any amplifiers and filters?

is that every sensor need amplifiers and filters??why?
