I want to design a LNA or PA at RF,need some simple examples eagerly to follow its way to learn how to design,Please help me and give some examples.

This is a report of a student's design. Hope it helps you to start.
 


I suggest U visit Agilent site, get many examples.

Your design is on single chip or lump element ? That's a totly different design methodology!
