The title tells it all, I seek for a very (!!!) fast MOSFET (< 10ns rise & fall times, turn-on & turn-off delays).

Quite difficult to find!

They should be close to what you have been looking for ..

Forgot something important, though...

They should be rated higher that 350V (Vdss).
