what are the machines needed and the many steps involved in making of a PCB, any1 can help

Depending on what you mean by robot; this may be the milling machine you want:

There is many vendors and models like that one. It removes the copper from the board without chemicals.

Do you mean, It's like mass producing a circuitboard efficiently, and in less time ?

yes its like using machines to take over human workers. mass production and save time

i need to know the machine involve and the sequqnce of the machine to mass produce PCB..
 

You mean to make just a few prototypes or many boards ? If you want to make just a few I'd stick to etching. Well depends on the complexity of the design I guess.
