Any tools to translate from VHDL to Verilog?

Which tool is the best one to translate from VHDL to verilog code?
Any free one?

Try X-HDL3 from X-Tek. **broken link removed**

You can get a free evaluation from them.
 

I think there is no need for converting VHDL to verilog because most of the times , ( or to tell the truth , always ) the simulation and synthesis tools are able to act on mixed verilog / VHDL designs.

One major drawbook is that tool convert only VHDL 1176 to Verilog 1164.
