Any suggestions on practical floating bias?

I just need to design a floating bias voltage of 1V.
can someone give me any suggestion or recomend some paper on floating bias?

If you mean a floating bandgap reference, you can refer to Razavi for this purpose...

if you have a single ended source and want to convert it to a floating ( differential source ), you can simply use a fully differential buffer for this purpose. Apply the single-ended source at one input, and ground the other -> the differntial output will be equal to the single-ended input.
