any reference for multiband PIFA?

Hi, everyone.
I am learning multi-band PIFA design and will do some measurement in future. I am wondering are there any good tutorial or reference for that? thanks in advance
 

U migth also search edaboard using "Wong" (the author) as a key word
 

Thanks for your reply. But I am still wondering why the meander type of PIFA can generate dual band in Cellular and PCS?
