I have not seen any postings about Zeni EDA for several years now! Since the last edaboard postings on Zeni EDA, their competitor SpringSoft "Laker" was gobbled up by Synopsys, which leaves Zeni as the only independent IC layout tool which is database compatible with popular foundries PDK's. They probably have improved the code since the 2007 discussions. Does anybody have a success story using Zeni EDA with TSMC or UMC in the last 2 years??
