iam a newbee to this rtos world. can any one provide me some examples projects on uCos, which helps me undestand the concepts more clearly.

Can you explain more about your current project with uCOS?

You can find very useful examples of uCOS ported on variety of processors in mirium.com but if you need to about special thing let me know as I've done complete projects with uCOS on HC12 family
 

What is porting? can anyone explain me please. How to port the code into the microcontroller. Also how we can execute a task within the stipulated time? If anyone have idea please explain me or give me some reference notes.
