Any ideas for an automatic keybutton presser

I want to design a device that can press a button on my keyboard in a certain interval.
At fist i was thinking pneumatics but i think thats a bit overkill. So maybe somekind of a magnetic coil with an iron bar or something.
I'm a bit lost here on what to do.
