i want to do project regarding drivers
so i need a kit where i can port any RTOS to develop the drivers
so that i can also practice device driver programming
with regards

I think many ARM7 kits will match your requirments
you can check olmix arm7 kit
and atmel arm7 kit
I think keil kit is expensive
