Hi,

how to realize -1x charge pump?
this is to say, such as a 2v voltage, wish to get -2v from it?
have any idea or paper?

what's ur application? for power(large current) or reference only (small current) ?
1. if power applicaton, use buck-boost
2. if reference application, use switch cap technique, i.e. at Φ1 , apply 2v on one side (A) of a capacitor (A node to B node), and B connect to gnd.
at Φ2, short A to GND, leave B connect to load (high impedance) then B will be -2V after settled down.

for power application: output power is about 50mW.
The better circuit is charge pump, ie switch cap.
what is the suit process? CMOS or BiCMOS?

Either process is fine. This can be done in a CMOS process.
