i don't know whether a dictionary is available as u asked for. but, the questions/terminologies u have asked are found in all the CMOS text books, or digital system design tbks.
here is one very good book for ur reference.
Digital system design, by John F. Wakerly.
u wil need to study the 3rd chapter alone in that. u would come to know, sink current, source current, pullup resistor, pull down resistor, active pull up, passive pullup, hardwired logic, wired and, wired or, etc.....
