Hello everyone,
I am looking for a good 7" capacitive touch screen with an embedded computer for a project of mine. I have found a few possibilities using google, but I'm a bit over my head in knowing exactly what I need and what would work well. These are some of the embedded computers with touch screens that I've been looking at:

I'm not really sure where I should be looking for something like this so I'll give some more information about what exactly I'm looking for and hopefully someone can help me out.
Project Requirements:
- 7" Capacitive Touch Screen
- USB Controller (Needs to support up to 3 devices ideally)
- I2C support (My hardware micro controllers are going to use I2C)
- Linux OS Support
