Is there any free wave viewer?
For example, the file contains data is very simple:

time0 voltage0
time1 voltage1
time2 voltage2
time3 voltage3
time4 voltage4
time5 voltage5
time6 voltage6
...
 

Hi,

I think for this kind of jobs, MATLAB is the best program. But it's not for free.
