The M17 and M18 reproduce at the drain of M15 a voltage equal to the source voltage of M1 and M2,ensuring that Vds15=Vds9.

Any details about this?I understand it by intuition.

Can u attach the figure ??

Current thru' M17+M18 is equal to M1 and M2 (i.e. Size of M16 is equal to M7+M8). Gate voltage is same i.e. M17 is same as M2 and M18 is same as M1.

So gate voltage is same, current flowing thur' these are same so voltage at source of M17,M18 (which is drain of M15) will be same as source of M1 and M2.
