cd4007 analog

I am now using CD4007 for building a test circuit. But the threshold voltage of the NMOS in CD4007 is quit high. Is there any chip with the same function as CD4007 but with low threshold voltage NMOS?
If you know, please kindly email me at chendeyuhn@yahoo.com.sg
