Casing:
Made of aluminium sweet, 1,5mm thickness. I worry a little bit, that it might be to thin, but it is not. I choose so called “hard aluminum” – provably with some addition that increase hardness and stiffness. By the way, now it’s much easier to processing. Casing elements are glued to inside corners. They can be both: tighten sides with top and bottom plate or front and rear – they are made of aluminum rot, with cross-square 8x8mm with all tapped holes. M3 for sides, top and bottom, and m4 for front – rear connection.
Attention – aluminum you can drill or screw only by very sharp tools, using spirit as a cooling. Thanks to that holes are nicer, abatements don’t glued and bit goes straight. The same with screwing – slowly with low rpm.
Montage:
After right casing montage ( do it slowly) we can add another elements – power amp module, radiator, transformer and others. Indicator is pressing by LEDs into front panel, and then LEDs we need to glue into front panel. You still need to fit potentiometers, auxiliary power supply.
Power supply:
I decided to use toroidal transformer 250VA. You might think that it is for about 100VA to weak…but not – I put picture after 3 hours test. At transformer you can find two primary windings – to give power into amplifiers it gives +/-45V without loading, - bridge 10A/400V and condensers 10 000 uF/50V) each, and two additional – 12V for ventilators and 14V for relay.
