another "decay" circuit help

Hello guys,

another fun circuit I need help... :)

anyone got ideas HOW? using transistors only IF possible... want it as simple as

possible... my mind is running out of memory :) seems I cant come up with such a

circuit...the 'decaying' part can be done with a charged electro cap....

whew.. :)
 

anyone???
