which device converts analog to microvolt signal

hi

i need to know about the device which is used to convert analog signal to microvolt signal

An analog signal can already have µV magnitude, then there's nothing to convert. Otherwise an attenuator (resistive divider) would help.

hai can any one say whats the unit of electricity which is produced in our brain.when actions are performed

Seems you are looking for a brain sensor like the attached one.
