using analog switch

Is there a simple schematic that use bipolar or fet, mosfet transistors in order to provide analog switch like 4066 i.c. I can use 4066 but i nead only one switch in my circuit and I would rather use something smoler in footprint then whole 4066. It is just a size and availability (wide spred like 4066) mather. That's why nead something like transistor circuit.
