Dear Friends,


I am doing a project measuring system, in which i am using E100 lucas schavertz lvdt (6wire) and planing to use a AD698 IC for signal conditioning. I have read the AD698 data sheet, it shows that its for 4 wire LVDTs. I am confused, the AD698 is proper selection ????. :?:

I want 1 microns accuracy will i get the accuracy with the selected LVDT or should i go for higher series
