Analog Devices is introducing AD199X series of Class-D amplifiers.

The AD199x amplifiers, including the AD1990, AD1992, AD1994 and AD1996, are single-chip devices containing an integrated stereo ∑∆ modulator and stereo “bridge-tied" load (BTL) power stage

These are single chip solutions having PWM modulators, protection, driver & o/p stage all into one chip. The chip is optimised for EMI interference. Power rating ranges from 2X5W to 2X40W.
