cant understand this negative frequency concept clearly ..please help..How can frequencies in frequency spectrum be negative?

Hi,
If your consider your system "causal" signal just exist after 0.
The spectrum can not be negative.
We just use spectrum as negative because it is associated with simplest learning mathematical concept.
