Hello all,

As the process size of CMOS transistors decreases, does amplifier noise decrease as well? From what I can tell, the different noise types (shot/thermal/flicker) don't seem to have any obvious correlation to transistor size. Is there any trend relating these two quantities? If you can suggest any papers that discuss this, that would also be helpful.
