Amplification of RF signals is itself a very difficult task........explain please

RF signal itself is very low in -100-dbm range sometime or even low and has noise ..... So no normal or common Transistor amplifier can take such a low input. You need special one to take such low inputs and amplify... as said before its expensive not so difficult!!
