Hi,
imagine i have been working in the field of Embedded for 6 years now, in only one company trying to do my best in it. but when i thought to change, i found myself completely out of market, people are asking for more hitech than what i used to do in my work, what should i do, how should i get this hitech (RTOS, ARM , MIPS) other than my company (i think stuff like these are only found in companies , they are not cheap) and also a real project and experience is really effectiv when it is in work not just a fun study. does any one have suggestions. i have made up to 3 interviews in 3 different companies but yet didn't get accepted, although i have a master degree...am i lazy ...should i do more study (how and where if my company doesn't have or work in these technologies) i have been reading now a lot but without practical experience its hard to put in C.V. and every embedded company is asking for a different kind of work, some for chip software experience and other for RTOS and third for CAD tools should i learn all these ??it is sooooo frustrating to have ambition and yet don't have the abilitties to do it...what do u think guys?
its just a chit chat so don't mind saying what ever u like
