am I right? no mpasm for 32 bit pic ?

There's of course an MPLAB assembler shipped with C32. See the MPLAB-ASMLINK32-User-Guide for details. It has examples of PIC32 assembly projects etc.

You have also the option to use inline assembler code with C32. I think, it will be sufficient for most PIC32 projects.

P.S.: As with most full features C compilers, the C32 startup code is provided as assembly source.
